served with butter or Flora and a selection of Jams or our own home-made Marmalade

Carrington Breakfast
Containing:
Quality honey roast pork sausage, bacon, egg (fried, scrambled or poached),
Hash Browns, Mushrooms, Heinz Baked Beans and a choice of tinned or fresh tomatoes.
Or
Choose anything from the above.

Vegetarian Breakfast
Containing:
Vegetarian Sausages, Egg (fried, scrambled or poached),
Hash Browns, Mushrooms Heinz Baked Beans and a choice of tinned or fresh tomatoes.

Or

Lighter alternatives including:

Poached Eggs on Toast
Scrambled Eggs on Toast
Omelette (plain or with cheese, mushrooms, and/or bacon)

Tea (Fair Trade Blended or Earl Grey) , Coffee (Columbian)
or a selection of Fruit and Herbal Teas

Decaffeinated tea and coffee are also available

Starters


Chilled Fruit Juice (V)

Home Made Soup with a warm bread roll

Tomato, (V)

Carrot and Coriander, (V)

Leek and Potato (V)

Prawn Cocktail served on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce

(V) = suitable for Vegetarians

Main Courses

The following are served with seasonal vegetables and new potatoes

Steak and Ale Pie

Grilled Chicken

Glazed Pork Chop

Redcurrant and Mint Cutlets
served with Vegetables, Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and Gravy

Gammon Steak with Pineapple Ring or Fried Egg
served with Chips or New Potatoes and Peas

Fish and Chips served with Peas and Tartar Sauce.

Addition to the above, the Following Freshly Prepared Salads are available:
Mature Cheddar Cheese, Local Ham, Tuna Mayonnaise or Roast Chicken. Chilled Fruit Juice


Vegetarian Main Courses

Locally- made Homity Pie

A traditional vegetarian pie served with Vegetables

Vegetarian Bangers and Mash served with onion gravy and vegetables

(Italian Omelette with 2 Cheeses and Quorn Sausage)

In Addition to the above, the Following Freshly Prepared Salads are available:
