How to find us



From the North:

- Come off the M5 and head towards Torquay (A38/A380)
- At Penn Inn Roundabout (Newton Abbot), take the 3rd exit onto Torquay Road
- Continue on Torquay Road
- At A380, take the 2nd exit onto Hamelin Way
- At Gallows Gate Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Hellevoetsluis Way
- At Preston Down Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Preston Down Road
- Follow on to Headland Park Road to the traffic lights
- Go straight over into Seaway Road
- Go under the railway line and bear right onto Marine Drive
- Drive approximately 1/2 mile
- Turn right immediately after the Park Hotel into Beach Road (also signposted for the multistorey car park)
- The Carrington Guest House is on the right

From the West:

- From Totnes take the A385 to Paignton
- At the Tweenaway Cross traffic lights go straight across onto the A 3022 Totnes Road
- Go over the traffic lights by the entrance to Paignton Zoo and then take the first right at the top of the hill into Penwill Way
- Follow Penwill way to the traffic lights and turn left onto Dartmouth Road
- At the mini roundabout take the second exit (right) onto Whitstone Road
- Go straight over the next mini roundabout
- At the next mini roundabout turn left onto Esplanade Road
- Beach Road is past the cinema and immediately after the Spinning Wheel pub
